The Role of the Inductors in Hamstring Strength

Patello femoral or anterior knee cap pain can be hard to get out of. We've had one that's actually been surgically fixed back on. The inductor magnus is a, is essentially another hamstring. It's involved with that extension moment at the hip and it's a massive stabilizing flexion. So when obviously our guys are sat on a bike or inflection, they have to extend from that flex position. Don't underestimate the strength and demand upon the inductor group in particular.
