The Importance of Meaningful Input From the Public

There are many cases in my past which myself, original investigators, we know who the killer is. We just can't get it to a point to where we can get enough probable cause to an effect and arrest. And that's when you hope more witnesses come forward or I hope technology improvesWhere we can get to that final bit that will push the case over the goal line. Sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't.
