The Importance of Getting Feedback From the Audience
I hope my ratio of good interactions to bad is is good It's it's on the favorable side, but I know that across those years there have been a number of times when I made bad decisions creatively or technically. You can't just Sit there and be an angel and not ever get in a conflict with people because then the people on the team that aren't Great are going to be making other people cry it's an impossible task at some level. To be in a position where you've worked on a couple of games that people are still talking about 10 years later is really rare. Most game developers slog their most people try to get into games and they get rebalanced off
