practising self compassion is an exposure in and of itself. When you're not engaging in those compulsive rituals that keep you stuck in that cycle. The more compassionate i am, the more i am able to tend to other people's needs because i'm connected to my suffering. Self centredness is this idea that were egotistical and that everything has to be about me.
