Is There a Bigger, Harder Thing?

I think the most common ways for this to go would be a lot of departments, they build their like APP team with a pretty narrow amount of leadership. So that may be the most natural career progression for somebody who is wanting to get into some kind of a leadership role slash transition partly out of being purely clinical. And yeah, I mean, it's like anything else, right? You plan a tree knowing that you're not going to be the one that enjoys the results,. Is that how things work at your shop?
