The Benefits of a Fear Board and Celebration Circle
In the book you share loads of these great ideas in the chapter under blue boost and red rip. The fear board is a strictly red lens activity, but for some steps of a process sometimes there's value to just articulating in the worst case scenario what could go wrong. Sometimes their fears are totally unfounded. And then as we age a lot of fears. On the other hand sometimes fears come out that the leadership haven't even imagined before or it can help them focus. Something I like to do this is a completely blue lens boost activity. You have your team if you have a team of six or eight people. Get in a circle.
