There is no defining, physical diagnostic test of any kind for any of those 300 so called mental disorders. That's not true at all. There are a fuck ton of physical tests that give very important information that lead doctors to those noseye. The hardest part about the history of psychiatry and psychology is that there was such a push for a long time to try and get it into an actual scientific method.
