When we had our own supervisions, one of the things that people peddle is "one to one" with world-leading experts in your field. But honestly, I found that I learned so much more when it was someone who was two years above me teaching me the same thing. You actually don't need to be qualified and you maybe shouldn't be qualified if you're trying to teach stuff on the internet where you are making it clear that you are a novice.
