Subsidiarity
The idea of subsidiarity is that when you decentralize things like power accumulates in a differet place, and centralization happend somewhere else. I think most of what we actually have in the world is just trying to navigate this tension without being explicit about it. And i think identity is a really interesting place to start by wanting totally universal solutions because everyone has one on their own. It's already emerging with things like robed prison cressals or tressal tokens which work on some new boundries.
