"I love this focus on being exceedingly human because I've never heard in the last four days, I've heard more leaders. We would say that's something we should be doing all the time," she says. "When you as a leader can say to your people, yeah, I'm kind of concerned, I have some kids at home and they're struggling with some things ... That means you don't have it all together."
