The Importance of Physiology in Training Zones

Training zones should really be based on what physiological response you're going to get. One of the good things about these zones is it does at least say, Oh, that's why I'm doing this today. That'sWhy I'm putting myself through this today because tomorrow, I'm going to be better off for it or what have you. You could perhaps break the zone up into several chunks because we all know about long intervals versus short intervals versus sprinting force. They all have a slightly different purpose. The zones allow you to know what the stress was, and therefore to be able to tailor what your recovery is going to be thereafter. And then also schedule when your next training belt is
