The Evolution of the Open Source Community in Rust

I would say the classic known answer, which is it depends. 99% of the time you don't have to worry about upstream. The features that you need are going to be available. At this point, they're fairly battle tested because a bunch of people like us have gone there before and fixed them or at least if they're not fixed, they are known. So that's also not a big divide, which I think people need to keep track of when that is casting technology. It's not just about does it work. Is it do we know when it doesn't work? And so on.
