And what had happened, not on my team, but at an adjacent team where I was mentoring a couple of young women who were close friends to each other and they ended up being paid like 40% different for very similar jobs. So when we started, we became data driven about our club really early on. We review everyone in the company against all the data in the market and make sure we're paying people fairly. You need to use compensation as a tool for performance management.
