The Importance of Daily Practice
I'm averaging probably about an hour and a half. There's days when I'll kick it up and, you know, I can spend three hours. But depending on the needs of the day and my schedule, usually about an hour & a half is what I'm able to do. And do you feel like you had improvement already from these 22 days? Or is this one of these things where we keep hearing that it's gonna take three months to really have that improvement kick in?
