The Social Effects of the Pandemic
The pandemic is not completely gone from our lives we're still dealing with the effects of it in a very real and physical sense or viral sense. And I say this as a college professor who you know spent one year teaching entirely on the internet and then another year teaching basically in a hybrid format for people who are well enough or able to attend class in person. In fact what I have witnessed is a greater sense of caution and an increase in anti social behaviors that are meant to protect a person but also become a barrier to to recourses or to like find connections and finding help with each other. So hanging out is actually about the opposite hanging out which involves killing time in the presence of others
