How Emotions Are Meaning Making
The more words and concepts we have for emotion, the more discreet we can be about explaining to ourselves how we feel. It's our language acquisition that develops our emotion concepts. And then there's just the physical sensations in our body. That's the same physical sensation, but based on other factors, my mind is going to construct a different emotion.
