Margaret Hoover: Do you get a sense that over the years of looking at this, that there's a bait and switch or are the Chinese being upfront? And they say, we're not making any promises. It's hard to know what happens behind the scenes, right? But my sense is that a lot of this is based on Latin American views of or, you know, Taiwan and ally views of just the prospects of more in the way of engagement with this very rapidly growing and important economic power.
