i genuinely believe that you can learn at least one thing from every person that you meet. I've learned a about raising kids and marriages, including ones that fail just by talking to people who have more experience in ta domain that i don't yet have much experience in. People may not be perfect, but they may teach you something about the world. And if you close your mind to that, then i think you're just doing yourself a diservice.
