"I don't think the way that loving kindness as a salad is served very well so it's not like oh that's the only thing that people should eat but i just want to serve it slightly better than it's been served previously," he says. "There's sort of a dual value in one articulating to myself something that i've learned or an experience that i've had and like reflecting on it."
