All of the good talent goes to these startups, right? Or people want to work independently. Like I'm seeing a lot of that too, like where people are very happy to take on contractors or consultants. You almost have to sometimes because anybody who's good, like really good internet marketing can make a lot of money on their own. And so even a hundred thousand dollar year salary is usually not going to be that attractive to them. So how do you hire them? Right. You can't. You have to do contract work. Exactly.

In this episode of Made You Think, we discussed “The Sovereign Individual,” a book published in 1996 predicting how the Internet would change our lives and work over the following decades.
