Having your first child really had a major impact on how you thought about yourself and your career. In some ways, it was just the most liberating thing that i ever experienced in my life. What's interesting is that it didn't change my ambition. It changed the way i thought about ambition. So chasing the brass ring became less ortant. But paradoxically, i became much more successful when i stopped worrying about chasing the Brass Ring. And that is because i became a father.
