When Are We Going to Have a Quatum Computer?

The bar always gets lower, never higher. Things simplify over time. It used to take three weeks to effectively get a web server up and running. Now it requires basically a passing thought or a check box and a web site. I think about now how easy it is for me to use pytorch or something like that, to do machine learning sort of things. That's the kind of assessibility that i really hope we can get to with quanum computing.
