What Is the Genius Word for Online Education?

I'm getting close to a level of expertise where I could probably write an academic paper about it. But what it does mean is in order for me to expand my expertise, I need to bring in another concept or perspective. And that's where the genius word comes in. It's where you bring in a high level of expertise in one area, highlevel of expertise in another area. Then combine those to create a new original, whatever word you want to put there.
