Is There a Set Goal and Plan for This War?

Rigt: It's not clear to me when this war began we had a set of aims, ause most people didn't think it was going to come about. Rigt: We have got to think about what is it we want to bring about, and what is itwe want to avoid? What can’t we live with? And those are questions we had better ask ourselves, and start to answer.
