The Surrealist Thesis of the Revolution

Mark Cus' idea of a revolution is going to come about through this language. The poet can no longer be recognized as such if he is not opposed by a total nonconformism to the world in which he lives. So it seems that the pomps and the songs of protest and liberation are always too late or too early memory or dream. Their time is not the present. They preserve their truth and their hope and their refusal of the actual.
