The 2021 Final Regulations - What Are They?
Wade Sutton: Let's dive into the FTC regulations, because there's a lot to discuss. The biggest sort of provision that got talked a lot about is the creditability issue. So since then, I think the government got a lot of feedback and comments around how challenging it is in terms of applying to new creditability rules. And so it's a massive change without any changes in the statutory language.
