Is There a Process of Consciousness?

"I had this leading moment in the gym a few weeks ago where I was thinking about consciousness and our minds and our subjective experience. And I thought, could it be like acceleration is a process on top of velocity, which is a process, right? So it's a process of a process," he says. "Is there any fruit and thinking of consciousness?" she asks. 'Yes,' he replies. "'Cause if you don't think that there's just one process, ... otherwise you don't can't get by five' That's how I think we should think about process."
