Do You Really Need a Meeting?
There's an element of us knowing that people are looking at us, judging what we're doing and we've got to look busy. When in actual fact there was no need for a meeting at all. If you walk out of a meeting with nothing new to think about or do, then you didn't need to be at the meeting. You know how we normally have an hour for a meeting? We're going to give it 25 minutes. I guarantee you, you'll get through more stuff in that 25 minutes than if you do in the hour. There's so much, there's better ways of using our time. The money thing, same principle applies.
