Where Is the Boat in AI?
I think one thing that's been shown, and I think stable diffusion is really the sort of like, the case to hold up here, is that the model is not a moat. And if you go back to first principles of business, the customer relationship and the user relationship, is always where value will accrue in the long term. The app layer, in particular, the front ends and the UIs that people use and the brands that people associate with the AI technology are going to continue to be where there's moats over time.
