Are You a Prime Minister or a Leader?

I don't think there's anything wrong in having a party once in a while with your friends or whatever. It looks a little it makes you look a little bit immature and er, non leader like. The same allegation can be made o about this lady, that the video that was leaged out, it makes her appear un prime ministerial. So, ah, so that's what it iste. How do we judge the performance of a leader? Is it is it important if they have a partyOnce in a while in their personal life, after ours? Is there anything wrong with that?
