The Power of Trees in Mindfulness Practice

I love that there are these different practices for different mind and body states. I think that's genius. It's like precision medicine, right? Instead of saying, let's take aspirin or a drug, let's do mindfulness practice that gets absolutely to the heart of this mind and body state. My own practice that I've been developing as part of some new books that I'm writing is what I call a tree practice. And it's where one kind of embodies a tree in terms of the rootedness of a tree,. That sense of sustenance, that sense of what nourishes me, who do I nourish - all of those things can be fruitful aspects of one's mindfulness practice.
