How Mentoring Helped Me Enter the UX Design Field

Mentors are often peers, and sometimes even people who aren't in UX. I know I've learned a lot from people that I've worked with on the product side and business side as well. Do you have a particular experience that you would consider an important mentoring moment? Sure. Going back to one of my friends who ended up being kind of my first informal mentor helped me enter the UX design field.
