How Do You Develop a Good Communicator?
Coach says he has had to adapt his coaching style over the years. He now uses player led activities and body language as a way of developing players' communication skills. 'I'm less likely to talk, because i feel that if i'm constantly communicating and constantly talking, then i'm denying them the opportunity to talk,' said coach. "There's two of my players who are not leaders, but they will lead by example"
