Did the C Ia Hold Back on Some Sensitive Materials?

The c i a, when it de classified this large volume of papers that i mentioned earlier, they did say that this is everything that they're going to declassify. But they held things back. It's very difficult to me to say what might have been their reasoning. I don't know whether there are any serious letters that at we're not be classified. Having said that, for historians like yourself, you would appreciate that, even though we don't have all the letters, we are still able to reconstruct some aspects that were raised in in letters that were not recovered.
