i think we have to be real about what the answers can look like for many different people. One of my one of my goals, one of my dreams, is to have an on boarding process for women ufter their return from maternity leave that would start wet before she goes on maternity leave. And instead of seeing her as some liability now that she has had a baby, and she'll be only part time for a few years, and thn sh'll probably have another one.
