How Did You Build the Business?

Last year, we were a company that was focused on CAC to AOV. Right, if the unit economics look good there, we can scale and we're good to go. By the beginning of this year, that model was thrown out the door because of POC being post IOS. We went deeper in our product education. What can we do to provide more products that people want? So we went deeper and deeper into customer feedback,. And then lastly, I think fundamentally, we stopped looking at everything being just what's our acquisition cost today.
