Zero Shoes - I Love Them!

We are slamming our feet into shoes that are far too narrow. We're throwing off the normal mechanics of our feet. So i tell people, get out of the shoes as often as possible. I i do one or two runs a week in a minimu shoe. The fingers at he stealt, not the five fingers. They're fantastic. But te very important to work your foot intrinsics. Try picking things up on the carpet. Just try squeezing those toes into a ball. And so we have to be very, very careful as we great these times where we're minimizing our shoe function.
