Is the Obsidian Mirror of Dr. D a Real Aztec Artifact?

There seem to have largely been two standardized types or sizes of these mirrors. They partook of what has been called a pen, Amerindian quote, aesthetic of brilliance. The material metaphors of access to and control of the glowing spirit realm from wind status and political power flowed. These reflective devices were powerfully ambiguous because they shown with a quote unquote dark light.
