How to Be a Successful Dev Team Leader

As a developer, our role is kind of to go in and say, this is doable. This isn't or at least say how hard this is going to be to implement. So if you have the opportunity to work closely with your PM and your designers that can save everybody a lot of heartache and gnashing of teeth later down the line. I've tried to catch myself because design is a place where everybody has opinions. You have thoughts about the colors, the looks, the fonts and whatever. Try to keep things to more black and whiteThings are subjective but don't make an opinion trivial by discussing something so minuscule it's not important.
