Body Gitta - The Heart Mind of Awakening
Joseph: One of the words in polly and sanscrit that has tremendous implications for our practice, in our lives is the term body gitte. On the relative level, bodigeta refers to compassion. And on the more ultimate level, it refers to the empty, aware nature of the mind itself. So i thought it would be worth exploring these two aspects a bit to night. I like that when compassion and emptiness are both present, Enlightenment is unavoidable.
