All relationships are in balance, either in positive or negative. When you have a relationship that has almost always negative information, negative feedback, verse s positive, then what happens is people withdraw they basically stop listening, or they react. So if i'm going to give you five criticisms, i probably need to have three or four or five really positive things,. But they can't just be at a level of vividness or detail that is not equal to what i'm going to do in a second.
