The first thing for me is debunking the idea that you can somehow be rational versus emotional. We're all experiencing some degree of pleasure or displeasure with some valence, right? Maybe a strong, maybe it's weak, but it's like constantly there. And so I'm not interested in getting rid of your emotion, not interested ingetting rid of an anxiety. It's about how we use this emotion most effectively to support us.
