What Are the Tastes That You're Looking For?
There are five main tastes: sweet, sour, salty, bitter and savory or umami. There are other taste descriptions that you can use like buttery or rich or tart or astringent Or smoky or hot and spicy or bland or mild. The key is eating in a way that you are paying attention to all of these different components. For someone who is a normal leader this presence is likely to be automatic but as you are relearning the satisfaction this will take more attention and be more of a conscious act.
