James Cameron: A Visionary

Webb: Cameron's engineering background is what makes him so interesting to me. He learned how to do all this stuff in the CGI and the practical effects under Roger Korman, who made hundreds of thousands of B movies. When he made the 3D version of Avatar, I've heard stories that he had a microscope to look at the film before it went into theaters. We don't have that nowadays where people can really experiment at a young age," Webb says.
