The book is based on something called decoded nera feedback, which has been explored now for over a decade. It basically involves taking real time images of people who are engaged in certain activities and saving thosei ina recording almost like a digitald video. And then training other people, who are also being watched in time, using f m i to approximate the mental states of the recording that have been recorded. When i first read about that n the hairs on the back of my neck stood up, because i thought, this is like telepathy. This is like some kind of opening of the locked room.
