i like to say that your job is to stay healthy enough to intercept these new breakthroughs that are coming. There's a a topic i talk about in one of the chapters i wrote called longevity escape velocity. And there's an idea that for every year that you're alive to day, science is extending your life for about a quarter of a year. I'll just my goal is for poul to realize that this decade, the decade ahead of us, is an extraordinary period of medical technology and innovations.
