Captain Planet and Greta Toonberg

I'm happy for a federal regulation if it really is the best way to ensure constitutional rights. I just think ultimately if you don't have structure in order at a smaller level it all falls apart. There's no question of life yeah right with with abortion is a question of when life begins. Do they do anything with Captain Planet? Does he get movies? I know I've not seen anything. He never uses their rings. Have you noticed that? They say it but they say it very rarely do they ever actually use their rings and they almost only ever summon Captain Planet.
