The Stock Market Is Having a Tough Time, and They Sell at the Bottom
If market's having a tough time, what happens is people get to the point where they just physically can't stand to lose any more money. The problem is that they tend to sell at bottom. There' some really wonderful mutual fund data from two thousand and eight. And so now they get into february march of two thousand and nine, and it keeps going down. And they just can't stand it any more, and so they sell at the very bottom.
