The Christmas shopping rush is underway. While Black Friday isn’t what it used to be, with people camped outside of stores for hours, it’s still a big deal—and a big day for deals. The National Retail Federation estimates that 131 million Americans will shop online or in stores today. Gerald Storch, the former CEO of Toys ”R” Us, previews this year’s holiday shopping season and discusses how inflation is impacting consumers and retailers.

For over a century, devoted volunteers for the charitable organization have gathered contributions to assist those facing hardships.
