The Importance of Omega Three in Beef Bacon

Most people are eating 18 months of beef at a feedlot. A third of that is fat, but it's not a good fat. It's not high on omega three. The ag departments of all the state universities that pushed the grain finished model years and years and years ago did that without knowing the science. They were just trying to feed more beef to more Americans. And then when they finally learned that the horse was out of the barn when they learned the nutritional damage, they go, Oh my gosh, it's really good for us. But we can't we can't get the horse back into the barn now. Right.
